Questions this page answers

What is city guide?
City guide depends on the service itself, on the terms you agreed to, and on the rules written for that type of service. Read all three, not one of them.
How does city guide work?
The confirmation states what was agreed and is the main evidence. Mandatory consumer and passenger rules apply on top of it and cannot be signed away.
City guide explained simply?
Which rules apply follows the service, not the country alone. Passenger rules follow the route and the carrier, package rules follow the organiser, and entry rules are set by the destination authorities.
Rules for city guide?
Keep the documentation. If it turns into a dispute, dates, receipts and written messages are what prove the claim.
